Billie Pointing

AAT, Founder & Managing Director

With over 20 years of experience in accounting and business leadership, Billie has worked with clients ranging from startups to established companies, providing guidance to help them navigate the complexities of finance with confidence. Known for a personalised, friendly approach, Billie is dedicated to empowering businesses to achieve their goals and long-term stability. Whether through tax optimisation, cash flow improvement, or future planning, Billie's focus is always on helping businesses to reach their full potential.

Outside of work, Billie enjoys going to the gym, walking, listening to audiobooks and spending time with her family.

Jenna Dowd

Accountant

Jenna is AAT qualified with over 20 Years experience supporting businesses with their accounting, tax and bookkeeping. Her speciality is accounts and tax preparation for businesses and individuals.
Jenna started her career in a small practice with clients in all different trades manually preparing accounts. When the opportunity came up to join Fosse Accounting using computerised software Jenna was keen to take up the offer to increase her skills and learn the modern approach. Jenna enjoys problem solving and helping clients keep their records accurate and up to date, using her organisational skills and being very thorough she always gets the job done!

Family is a big part of Jenna’s life, if Jenna isn’t at Fosse she will be out and about with her husband and children.

Charlene Warinner

Bookkeeping and Accounts Assistant

Charlene is a real asset to the Fosse team thanks to her many years of experience within bookkeeping and accounting.

Charlene specialises in the construction industry and has extensive knowledge of the different taxes and schemes associated with it. She is regularly found navigating clients through the process of CIS and deductions.
Charlene is incredible at multitasking in both her work life and home. She loves to be organised, with her clients' books swiftly kept up to date and in meticulous order.

Outside of work Charlene can be found doing fun activities with her two boys.

Mia Martin

Accounts Assistant

With nearly 10 years of experience in the accounting industry, Mia has worked with a diverse range of clients, managing everything from bookkeeping and VAT returns to cashflow forecasting. Her expertise includes preparing budgets, producing management accounts and reports, and attending board meetings to provide clear, actionable financial insights.
Mia is currently working towards completing her final AAT qualification and is passionate about embracing modern accounting tools like Xero, Hubdoc, and integrated bank feeds to streamline processes. Known for her strong organisational skills and natural problem-solving ability, she thrives in team environments and is always eager to learn and grow.

Outside of work, Mia has a huge passion for music and is always on the lookout for her next live gig. She enjoys keeping fit—currently training for a half marathon—and loves spending time with her friends and family.

Olivia Langley

Accounts Assistant

Olivia has administration experience across a range of industries including insurance, logistics, and accounts. Her Experience includes fantastic organisational skills, supporting month end and year-end reporting, and data entry.

Olivia is looking forward to strengthening internal processes to help the team work more efficiently and will be onboarding new clients. Currently working towards her AAT Level 2 qualification, she’s passionate about growing her career and loves setting herself new challenges.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find her training for her next goal, she recently completed a half marathon and is now preparing for the London Marathon 2026, alongside hoping to compete in adaptive CrossFit, and enjoys long walks with her border terrier, Bertie.
